Baseline costs assume that your company maintains a payroll bank account and pays monthly bank fees for ACH, Positive Pay, and Reconciliation services. A flat amount of time for preparation and distribution of checks and/or advices is also assumed. Therefore, the calculator shows minimum annual costs of approximately $9,900.
